For solo professionals
Consultants, bookkeepers, coaches, insurance agents, practitioners, designers and photographers. One person doing the work of several, and the admin of all of them.
Our home page speaks to owner-run businesses (trades, real estate investors and landlords) because that is where most of our work is. The same jobs eat the week of a person who bills for their time, and the same fix applies. This page is for you.
The jobs that eat the week
Business consultants. The proposal from Tuesday's call is still unwritten on Friday, and by then the room has gone cold.
Bookkeepers and accountants. Chasing the same three clients for the same documents, by hand, every single month.
Coaches and trainers. Rescheduling eats the morning, and the follow-up you promised in the session never gets sent.
Insurance agents. Renewals come round and the review call gets made for whoever complains loudest.
Solo practitioners. The same intake questions asked, then typed into the file a second time that evening.
Designers and photographers. The work is delivered and the invoice sits unsent for a fortnight.
How we work with you
The engagement is the same one we run for a roofing crew. It starts with a free 45-minute business assessment, over a video call wherever you are. We walk the work as it actually happens and usually know what to fix first by the end of it. If the fix needs a closer look, you get one price for that before it starts. Then one price for the fix, and you decide.
The fix may be a process change, a template, or an automation that drafts the proposal, chases the documents, or sends the follow-up you promised. We say which, and why, and we stay until it runs without you standing over it.
Where to start
Book a free 45-minute business assessment and tell us where the week goes. We will show you where to focus first.
