Who we are. Two founders. Emmanuel "Emm" Gonzalez holds a PhD in control engineering, with a career in operations management, service excellence and quality assurance: how systems run, and how they hold up. Richard Hamilton has spent decades managing risk and runs an independent insurance agency.
Why we started. Big consulting firms don't work with a business of six people and a truck. We wanted to bring careful, disciplined work to the businesses that usually get left out.
What we do. We find where your hours and money leak. We fix the first thing, whether that is a process, a template, a hire or an automation. Then we make sure your people use it, and we measure what changed.
We also look at what could go wrong: your data, your customers' privacy, and what happens if a tool stops working. It all gets written down, and it stays yours.
