It starts with a free 45-minute business assessment. Most of the follow-up is free too. You only pay after you have seen a price and said yes.
Most consulting and automation work for small businesses stops at the wrong place. Someone builds you a tool, hands it over, and the hard part, getting your people to actually use it, becomes the next proposal. That is the step where it usually dies.
We do one piece of work, start to finish, and it does not end there.
Before we build anything, we agree with you on one number to improve. At the end, we check it.
We find the opportunities
We sit with you and your team, over a video call wherever you are, and walk the work as it actually happens. Where does the time go? What gets keyed twice? What can only one person do?
It starts free. The 45-minute business assessment is free, and by the end of it we usually already know what to fix first. If we need more detail, the follow-up calls are free too.
Some fixes need a closer look: time with several people on your team, or a visit to your site. Only then is the review paid, and you see the price before it starts.

What a deeper review covers
- A walk through the work as it actually happens, with you and the people who do it.
- A check of what your people and your current tools can run, so the plan fits your business.
- A measurement of the job most worth fixing, as it runs today. That is the number we will be judged against.
- A written finding you can read and argue with, the recommendations, and the order to do them in.
- One fixed price for the fix.
The fix may be a process change, a template, a hire, or an automation. We say which, and why.
You decide
We bring the findings back with one clear price for the next stage. One number, never a range, so the figure you decide on is the figure you pay.
It covers the work, the testing, and everything that gets your team using it. Or stop here, and the finding is still yours.

We fix it and hand it over
We start with the fix that makes the biggest difference: a better way to work, a written standard, training for your team, or a tool. Most fixes take a few weeks. A tool can take about 90 days from a first trial to everyday use. We choose the fix because we measured it, never guessed.
Then we guide your team through it. Training and a check against the number we agreed come with the fix, plus a written record so it keeps running whether or not we are in the room. It is included and never billed separately, because pricing it separately is how it gets skipped.
The fix is quoted as one number before it starts, and that is the number you pay.
What you end up with
The fix in place and working, your team using it, a number that shows what it changed, and a written record of how it works.
